Advance Directives Program, 9:00am-10:00 am, Coliseum Northside Hospital, Conference Center, FREE.  This program provides basic facts about final health care issues along with questions you and your family should discuss, and forms you can use to record your wishes.  For more information, call 478-464-8171.

H2U Monthly Meeting, 8:30 am Breakfast; 9:00 am Meeting, Usually the last Tuesday of each month.  Coliseum Medical Centers Cafeteria, FREE. Join us each month for our popular monthly meeting complete with the latest news and special guest speakers. We'll also celebrate birthdays, share upcoming program informaton, draw for door prizes and help you become a healthier, happier you! Reservations required by the Friday before. Call 757-6092.

Two programs are available to meet the fitness needs of adults 50+ priced at $18 and $25 per month. For more information, call 757-3775.

Learn about recent changes regarding deductibles, co-pays and premiums as well as coverage changes from the previous year. You will also receive information regarding financial assistance for qualifying Medicare enrollees and information about the numerous prescription drug programs. Call 464-8171.

H2U Exercise Programs at Mathews Athletic Center H2U at Coliseum Health System is very proud to offer an excellent fitness program to all our members. A wide array of land and water exercise class options are available as well as access to strength training and cardiovascular equipment at Mathews Athletic Center at Wesleyan College. For $20 a month, members have full use of the Mathews Athletic Center from 9 a.m. to noon each day, Monday through Friday. This is a great deal offering 20 classes a week and use of the equipment. Full membership to MAC is also available to H2U members for $312 a year. Call Kathy Malone at (478) 757-3775 at Mathews Athletic Center to receive a complete list of programs and fees.
